摘要
基于1980-2008年全国农村住户调查数据,通过建立多元协整的向量误差修正(VEC)模型以及格兰杰因果检验,分析了人力资本投资对农户非农就业的影响。得出主要结论:农户的教育、健康、迁移投资以及农户的非农收入存在长期稳定的均衡关系;农户的教育投资以及迁移投资与农户非农收入为双向格兰杰因果关系,但是健康投资为农户非农收入的单向格兰杰原因;教育投资对于农户非农就业有显著的正向影响,而健康与迁移投资对农户非农收入影响不稳定。最后,在归纳总结实证分析结果的基础上,提出了具有针对性的政策建议。
Based on the data of Rural Household Survey Between 1980 and 2008 in China,using the Vector Error Correction model,Cointegration test and Granger Causality test,this paper measures the effect of human capital investment on farmers＇ off-farm employment. The main conclusions are as follows：First,there is a long-term co-integration between the investment in education,health and migration and the off-farm income of farmers＇.Secondly,the investment in education and migration and the off-farm income of farmers＇ are Granger-causes each other on both sides,though the investment in health is the Granger-cause of the off-farm income of farmers＇ on one side; Thirdly,the investment in education has significant positive effect on farmers＇ off-farm income, and the effect of investment in health and migration on farmers＇ off-farm income is instable. At the end, sit gives ome relevant policy recommendations according to the main conclusions.
