摘要
目的探讨少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2009年7月～2011年12月于本院进行治疗的70例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(米非司酮组)和观察组(少腹逐瘀汤组),每组各35例,将两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月的子宫体积、肌瘤体积、血清E2、LH水平进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月和3个月的子宫体积、肌瘤体积、血清E2、LH水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效较好,可显著改善子宫体积、肌瘤体积及降低激素水平。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction for uterine fibroid. Methods Seventy patients with uterine fibroid in our hospital from July 2009 to December 2011 were selected as research object, and they were ran- domly divided into control group （mifepristone group） and observation group （Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction group）with 35 cases in each group. The total treatment effective rate, uterine volume, myoma volume, serum E2 and LH before and after the treatment at first and third month of two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group; uterine volume, myoma volume, serum E2, LH after the treatment at first and third month were all lower than those of control group （all P 〈 0.05）, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in uterine fibroid is better, and it can significantly improve the uterine volume, myoma volume and decrease the hormone.
