摘要
作者试验研究了铸造涂料用膨润土结构形成能力的测定方法。指出涂料用的膨润土质量检验应以膨润土的结构形成能力为衡量指标,推荐以固定浓度的膨润土浆宾汉剪切稀释比作为涂料用膨润土质量检控的主要指标。
In this paper, a measuring method for evaluating the structure formation ability of bentonites used for foundry coatings is presented. The experimental results showed that the structure formation ability of bentonites should be used as a criterion for quality control of bentonites for coating. The authors recommend that the ratio of Bingham's shearing dilution of bentonite slurry in the fixed concentration can be adopted for the main control measure of bentonites for coatings.
