摘要
采用机械合金化等技术,制备了导电性能优异的Ag系、Ag/Cu系、Ag/N i系粉体材料和电磁屏蔽涂料。粉体材料微细,呈片状;涂料表面电阻、电阻率低,满足使用要求。优异的导电性能使得涂料具有良好的电磁屏蔽性能,复合涂料的电磁屏蔽效能在100 kHz^1.5 GHz频段范围内可达到30 dB^90 dB。对电磁屏蔽涂料的屏蔽效能进行了理论分析。
The mechanical alloying and other technologies were utilized to prepare Ag, Ag/Cu and Ag/Ni powder materials and electromagnetic shielding coatings. These powder materials have excellent conductivity, and their morphologies are flake and fine. The lower resistance and surface resistance of the coatings could meet the requirements of using. The electromagnetic shielding effectivenesses of the coatings are superior, in the frequency range of 100 kHz to 1.5 GHz, they are from 30 dB to 90 dB. The usefulness of electromagnetic shielding coating is theoretically analyzed.
