摘要
针对悬索桥施工的特点 ,提出悬索桥施工控制的基本框架。施工前计算的重点应放在提高主缆、吊索、加劲梁段的无应力尺寸 (或长度 )及鞍座、索夹等预偏量的计算精度上 ;施工中控制的重点应放在消除悬索桥主塔、主缆的施工误差对加劲梁架设、合龙、线形控制的影响上。最后 ,以某主跨为 1385m的悬索桥施工中吊索长度的调整为例 。
In view of the features of suspension bridge construction, the basic frame for its construction control is raised. The calculation before construction shall be stressed on how to improve the accuracy of non\|stress dimension(or length) of main cable, suspension cable, stiffened girder section, and preset deviation of saddle, clamp and the like. The controlling during construction shall be stressed on how to eliminate the influence of construction errors of main tower and main cable to stiffened girder erection, closure and linear figure control of the bridge. At last, with an example of cable length adjustment during construction of a suspension bridge with main span of 1 385 m, the feasibility of the basic frame is proved.
