摘要
高校女教师面临着沉重的工作压力、繁琐的家庭压力和比较严重的工作与家庭冲突,这极容易使她们产生不良情绪。高校女教师要接受自己的情绪;悦纳自我,提高自尊水平;参与让自己快乐的活动,为自己储备美好的情绪体验;寻求情感支持,建立自己的社会支持系统;掌握几种放松方法,以调节自己的不良情绪。
Female college teachers faced with heavy work pressure, cumbersome family stress and more serious con- flict between work and family, so it is very easy to produce negative emotion. Female college teachers should learn to accept her own emotions, and live their lite with emotion, improve sell - esteem, be pleased in participation, re-serve favorable experience;seek emotional support, set up their own social support system, and master several ways to relax so as to regulate their negative emotions.
