连续热镀锌机组传动基础自动化控制原理分析

摘要 本文分析了热镀锌机组4部分(入口段、工艺段、出口段、剪切线)的传动基础自动化控制原理,对机组各部分的速度控制张力控制和逻辑联锁控制等进行了详细叙述和描述,并提供机组各部分的传动基础自动化控制方框图。 The control principle of drive basic automation for four Sections of continuous galvanizing line(including entry section, process section, exit xection and shear line), and allthe detail Control for the four sections, are srecified is analyzed, such as: Speed control, tension control, logic enterlock control, and etc. The drive basic automation control block diagrams for all the four Sections are also given.
