Structure, fabrication and CNC machining of two forming molds for the production of the hood are described. The mold design principle and working process are analyzed. With theoretical derivation the key dimensions calculation of punch and female die are conducted. The fabrication process of punch and female die of the core parts of molds is introduced in detail.
