摘要
目的较全面地论述近年来国内外对中药材钩藤的研究进展。方法对相关文献进行归纳和总结,对钩藤的主要成分和生物活性进行综述。结果钩藤中含有多种化学成分并表现出多种生物活性。结论钩藤具有很好的开发价值,应加强对其活性成分的机制研究。
Objective To review the advances in the research of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Uncaria. Method The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Uncaria were summarized and analyzed based on the related references which were published in domestic and overseas in recent years. Result Uncaria contains a variety of chemical composi-tion and shows a variety of biological activity. Conclusion Uncaria has a very good potential for development. More research is nee-ded to further understand its active ingredients and mechanisms.
