摘要
酒店业是我国旅游业的三大支柱产业之一,随着酒店业的不断兴旺发展,其对所从业的人员提出了更高的要求。文章分析了酒店行业人才需求的现状及对学生素质的要求,在此基础上提出了酒店管理专业设置的建议:细分培养阶段,明确各阶段的培养目标;强化实践环节,建立以就业核心能力为主题的课程体系;加强学生的专业意识教育,拓展其他技能。
Hotel industry is one of three pillar industries of tourism in China. With the development of hotel indus- try, it put forward more requirements for their personnel. The paper tried to discuss about the curriculum setting in vocational college, so as to provide some good advices on talents training as follows：divide the training period into stages, clear the training objectives of every stages;enhance the practice, establish the curriculum system of the theme of employment core ability;strengthen the professional view of students, extent their other skills.
