摘要
为探讨激素性股骨头坏死的发生机理 ,将日本大耳白家兔每周 2次肌肉注射醋酸氢化可的松 (每次 8mg.kg- 1 ) ,造成激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的病理模型 ,设立空白组 (A)、模型组 (B)检测动物血液流变学指标。结果显示造模 8周时 ,模型组兔全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数、血浆纤维蛋白含量显著增高 (P<0 .0 1) ,红细胞电泳率也有增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示血液流变学异常可能是激素性股骨头缺血坏死的主要发病机制之一。
In order to explore the pathogenesis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, Japanese rabbits were divided into the blank and modelled groups, and the latter were made into animal models of hormonal femoral head necrosis by injection of hydrocortisone acetate (8 mg/kg and twice a week). The rheological indexes of the animals were determined in the eighth week of the modelling. The results showed an obvious increase of the whole blood and plasma viscosity, erythrocyte hematocrit, indices of erythrocyte rigidity and aggregation, plasma fibrin level (P < 0.01) and an increase of erythrocyte electrophoresis rate (P < 0.05 ), suggesting that the abnormal blood rheology may be one of the main pathogeneses of hormonal avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
