摘要
本文对本院产检孕妇 10 0 0例进行了G6PD活性及血红蛋白电泳常规检测 ,其中G6PD缺乏的发生率为 3 .3 % ,异常血红蛋白HbE的发生率为 0 2 % ,α地中海贫血的发生率为 5 0 % ,β地中海贫血的发生率为 0 .9%。产前检查有利于预防遗传病的发生 。
G6PD activity and hemoglubin have examined in 1000 pregnant women who received routine prenetal examination in our hospital.Our results showed incidence of G6PD deficiency,abnormal HbE,αthalassemia and βthalassemia with heterozygous type being 3.3%,0.2%,5.0%,0.9%,respectively.These prenatal examinations are helpful for genetic diseases and increase population quality.
