摘要
运用法律价值有关理论分析了高校在推进国家知识产权战略中的关键作用,认为高校应配合国家战略,启动实施高校知识产权战略。但现行高校知识产权制度规范相对滞后,无法满足实际需要。为此,提出修订完善高校知识产权管理的相关规定,以为实施高校知识产权战略提供制度规范保障。
This paper analyzes the key role of university in promoting the national intellectual property strategy by employing value theory. University should start to implement intellectual property strategy to cooperate with national strategy. However, the current university intellectual property laws and regulations have lagged behind, which is unable to meet actual needs. Therefore, this paper proposes amending university intellectual property laws and regulations can help promote the implementation of intellectual property strategies.
