通过对高等学校知识产权与管理工作现状分析,探讨了高校知识产权与技术创新的关系,提出了现阶段加强高校知识产权管理。促进技术创新建设的几点建议。
In this passage, by analyzing the actuality of the administration of university intellectual property and the construction of technology innovation, the author mainly discussed the relationship between them and gave us some suggestions about how to improve the status quo.
