摘要
中国特色社会主义制度重大概念的明确提出,是对马克思主义中国化进程中制度创新成果的集中概括,是社会主义制度自我完善和发展进入到新的历史阶段的重要标志。中国特色社会主义语境下的制度生成是制度转型、制度创新和制度替代三位一体的过程,有其内在的生成逻辑:实践性、价值性与时代性是考察中国特色社会主义制度体系内在生成逻辑的三个维度;在这三维逻辑的统一互动中,科学回答和创造性地解决了制度转型中的"内生"与"移植"、继承与创新、借鉴与超越等重大问题。
The unequivocal presentation of the concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics is central in the system innovation during the process of adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions,and constitutes an important symbol of the new phase of the self-perfection and self-development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The system construction in the context of the socialism with Chinese characteristics is a process that consists of three factors:system transformation,system innovation and system substitution.The basic idea is that practice,value and times indicate three perspectives of studying the constituting logic of the system of socialist system with Chinese characteristics.In the unity and interaction of the three factors,a series of important issues emerged during the process of system transformation,such as 'endogenesis' and 'transplanting',inheritance and innovation,and reference and transcendence,which require scientific answers and creative solutions.
