摘要
社会主义制度的建立呈现出自身的特殊性,即先行建立政治上层建筑,然后运用政权的力量改造社会生产关系,在上层建筑和生产关系的作用下发展生产力。这一特殊性构成了解读社会主义国家许多重大问题的独特论域。社会主义模式建立的特殊性具有客观历史必然性,但同时对国家制度建构产生了深远影响,衍生了"制度—社会"的矛盾,将国家的制度演化置于一个特定的"路径依赖"之中。有效化解和积极克服由社会主义模式建立的特殊性所带来的"制度—社会"矛盾,是中国特色社会主义制度建设的重要着力点,也是坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度的关键。
The founding of socialist system shows peculiarity of its own： After political ideology is established,the political power is used to transform the productive relations and productivity is developed under the influence of ideology and productive relations.This peculiarity created a distinctive theoretical area of interpreting the many primary issues concerning socialist nations.Although the peculiarity of establishing socialist mode is of objective historical necessity,it caused a ＂system-society＂ contradiction by placing the evolution of state system in a specific ＂dependence on road＂ owing to its profound influence on the structure of state system.Therefore,it is a leading stress in constructing China-characteristic socialist system and the key to maintain and perfect this system to effectively neutralize the ＂system-society＂ contradiction caused by the peculiarity of founding socialist mode.
