摘要
在设计曲轴连杆液压马达滑靴副静压支承时,现有的方法均忽略了滑块在油膜压力下的变形,因而与实际情况差别较大。本文应用有限元方法对工况条件下的滑块变形进行了计算分析,并考察了变形对静压支承性能的影响,得出了一些有意义的结论,可供液压马达设计人员参考。
In the design of hydrostatic bearing of slipper pair in a crankshaft connecting rod hydraulic-motor, present methods generally ignore the deformation of slipper caused by oil-film pressure, which inevitably result in great disagreement with actual condition. This paper analyzed the slipper diformation under working condition and investigated its influence on the characteristics of hydrostatic bearing. Some conclusions were made with reference for mothor designers.
