摘要
对某矿用共轨柴油机连杆进行了有限元分析,得到连杆疲劳寿命与疲劳安全系数,并进行结构优化。结果表明:连杆的最小疲劳寿命点为连杆小头与杆身过渡处的凹槽内侧,疲劳寿命为2.681 2×108次,疲劳安全系数为1.526 4。对连杆进行了优化,得到了最优方案,优化后连杆体积减少3.5%,同时符合疲劳寿命要求。
Fatigue life and fatigue safety factor of connecting rod of mine common rail diesel engine were analyzed by 3D finite element method. Structure of connecting rod was improved. The results show that the exposed destructive position is the transition location of the small head and connecting shaft at maximum compression condition. Fatigue life is 2.681 2x10^8. Fatigue safety factor is 1.5264. Structural parameter of connecting rod is improved. The optimal design project is proposed. The volume of connecting rod which is optimized decrease 3.5%. Fatigue life of connecting rod which is optimized meet the design criterion.
