摘要
文化已成为当今时代的显学,成为国家软实力和竞争力的重要权衡因素。使主流文化被人们所认同,并最终成为认同的文化,应是不同民族和国家实现其推崇的主流文化跃升的必然追求。党的十七届六中全会通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》),这需要我们从理论与实践的层面,关注文化发展的两个维度———文化的认同与认同的文化,在此基础上,实现人们对主流文化自觉认同的过程中,使主流文化成为认同的文化。
The study of culture has become a key parameter in evaluating a nation＇s soft power and competiveness. It has become a must-be pursuit for any people or any nation in the world to push forward their euhure being recognized by others, to become the socalled recognizable culture. The 6th Plenary Session of the 17the CPC National Congress has approved a resolution to further reform China＇s cultural system, which requires us to probe the two dimensions of cultural development - cultural recognition and recognizable culture -both in theory and in practice. Based on this, we can help our mainstream culture recognized by all.
