摘要
针对目前井下综掘面防治粉尘难的问题,研发了一种新型风幕集尘除尘系统,经过模拟论证系统可以达到良好的除尘效果。为了使系统内部结构更好地匹配,现对风幕集尘除尘系统中的除尘风筒结构进行改造,并应用计算流体力学Fluent软件对改造前后两种不同的系统模型进行数值模拟。模拟结果说明了除尘风筒横断面为圆形更利于系统除尘效果。
A new type of dust-collecting and dedusting system with air-curtain was developed to resolve the problems of the dust prevention in mine tunnel,which can control dust effectively with numeral simulation.In order to make structure of the system match better,altering structure of dedusting duct in dust-collecting and dedusting system,then numerical simulation was made to simulate the two different systems by using Fluent CFD software.We can conclude from the simulation results that the system could achieve an excellent dust collecting capacity when the transect of dedusting duct is round.
