摘要
政府意识是理解中国意识形态转型问题的突破口。政府工作报告是政府意识的载体。利用定性分析软件Nvivo对历年政府工作报告中的"革命"和"改革"词汇展开词频分析和相关的文本内容分析,再用定量分析软件SPSS进行数据统计分析,来回答如下问题:"革命"和"改革"的政府意识是如何演变的?它们之间到底是替代关系还是催化关系?如此基于中国事实,站在中性实然立场,运用定量实证方法展开政府意识文本研究,考察"革命"意识与"改革"意识在时间历程上的关系,观测我国政府意识现状及其变化规律,把握我国意识形态现实所处的时代坐标方位,将有助于洞悉中国社会转型深层问题,把握中国时代脉络,紧跟社会发展步伐。
Government consciousness is the eternal theme before the state comes to wither away. Research on the relations between revolution and reform is one of core subject in new comparative politics. During the historical progress since the foundation of china, how did revolution and reform evolve？ What on earth the relationship among them, either substitute relations or catalyst connections？ What above discussing can assist us to investigate and gain insights into how Chinese government consciousness actually evolved, why they transformed, and what will they develop in the future. It can lay crucial impacts on dealing with underlying problems on transform of the society. In addition, it can also follow themes of the times and social development. Therefore, it is brimmed over with overwhelming realistic and historic significance.
