摘要
目的:探讨社区健康教育模式对精神疾病患者药物治疗依从性的影响。方法:将105例社区精神疾病患者随机分成2组,分别采用集体和个体化方式进行健康教育。结果:精神病人服药依从性得到明显改善,且个体化健康教育效果优于集体健康教育。结论:应根据精神疾病患者依从性的不同而选择不同形式的社区健康教育。
Objective：To investigate the effect of the mode of community health education on the medication compliance in mental patients.Methods：105 cases of community mental patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,which were respectively given collective and individual health education.Results：Individual health education were better than the collective health education,and Mental patient＇s medication compliance had been significantly improved.Conclusion：Different forms of community health education should be chosen according to the different medication compliance of the patients.
