高龄自发性脑出血66例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨高龄自发性脑出血的临床特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析良乡医院神经外科收治的66例高龄(大于65岁)脑出血患者的临床资料。结果66例患者随访6个月,存活45例,其中ADLⅠ级9例,ADLⅡ级17例,ADLⅢ级26例,ADLⅣ级12例,ADLⅤ级3例;死亡21例,死亡率为31.8%。结论高龄脑出血患者具有独特的临床规律,但高龄不是手术禁忌证。根据患者情况选择合适的治疗方式,可以改善预后。
