有机溶质转运体α-β在胆汁酸代谢及胆汁淤积症中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 过去20多年的研究发现了数个在胆汁酸肠肝循环中重要的转运体，包括肝细胞摄取胆汁酸的钠离子一牛磺胆酸共转运多肽（Na—Tauroeholate Co—transporting Polypeptide，NTCP），肝细胞输出胆汁酸的胆盐输出泵（Bile Salt Export Pump，BSEP）及回肠顶端膜刷状缘吸收胆汁酸的顶膜钠离子依赖性胆汁酸转运体（Apical Sodium—dependent Bile acid Transporter，ASBT）。
