摘要
对厦门海域文昌鱼资源的历史变动,以及影响其资源量的各种因素进行了综述.并对文昌鱼栖息地的生态因子、生物因子、沉积物等影响因子和保护区的维护与海域环境修复进行了评价.从环境生态的修复、种质资源保护、放流行政管理等方面提出了保护文昌鱼的建议和对策,为文昌鱼这一特殊的生物资源的保护和持续利用提供了依据和参考.
As Xiamen coast is the main habitat of amphioxus in China.In this paper,the historical dynamic fluctuation in size of population and its impact factors on amphioxus were reviewed.The ecological,biological and deposit sediment factors of its habitat were evaluated.The maintenance and repair measures of the marine environment around its conservation area in Xiamen coast were assessed.Conservation suggestions and strategies for the restoration of its ecological environment,resources protection and discharge administrative management were proposed.The present study provided basic information and reference for the conservation and sustainable utilization of the resource of this unique species.
