摘要
本文报道了1994年7月至1995年7月厦门黄厝文昌鱼自然保护区的监测结果。表明该区文昌鱼的数量较大（平均密度142尾／m2，平均生物量8·10g／m2），体长组成以11～40mm为多，其性成熟主要在4月上、中旬，生殖期集中在4月下旬至5月上旬；文昌鱼栖息地底质类型以粗中砂为主，有机质含量较低，平均0．14（m／m）；区内底栖生物58种，种类以多毛类、软体动物和甲壳动物为主，数量则以棘皮动物占优势，其分布自南向北递减；文昌鱼主要饵料生物硅藻81种，以圆筛藻、舟形藻和菱形藻属为多。为保护好亲鱼，文中建议4月1日至5月31日为禁渔期。
Monitoring results in the Lancelet Protected Area in Huangcuo,Xiamen from July 1994 to July, 1995 indicate that the area houses a comparatively large amount of lancelet(average inhabiting density is 142 ind/m2 and average biomass 8. 10g/m2 ), without much difference with the results obtained in the two surveys in 1990. Most of'the lancelet are 11 to 40 mm in body length. They mature sexually mostly in the first twenty days of April and reproduce thereafter to the first ten days of May. The animal inhabit mostly in the coarse medium sandy area where the organic content is low, averagely 0. 14 (m/m). In the Protected Area there live 58 species of benthos, majorly polychaeta, mullusca and crustacea in terms of species composition and echinoderm in terms of quantity. The species composition discreases from south to north. Lancelet in the Protected Area feeds on 81 species of diatoms, mainlyCoscinodtiscus, Na vicula a nd Nitzschia. This paper has proposed some recommendation s for the conservation of lancelet.
