摘要
目的研究红景天多糖对体外正常人T淋巴细胞活性和对体外人胃癌细胞增殖的影响。方法采用MTT比色法和体外细胞培养计数法。结果红景天多糖对体外PHA诱导的正常人外周血T淋巴细胞的增殖有显著性促进作用(P<0.05);红景天多糖对体外人胃癌细胞增殖有显著性抑制作用(P<0.05),且红景天多糖作用强于香菇多糖(P<0.05)。结论红景天多糖可能是一种免疫增强剂,对胃癌可能有一定防治作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis Polysaccharides（RSP） on activity of the human T lymphocytes in vitro and proliferation of the human gastric cancer cell in vitro. Methods MTT colorimetry assay and in vitro culture cell number count assay were adopted. Results The results show that RSP significantly accelerated the transformation and proliferation of the healthy human peripheral blood T lymphocytes in gitro（P 〈0.05） and inhibited the proliferation of the human gastric cancer cell in gitro（P 〈0.05）, and what＇s more, the inhibitory effect of 1KSP was stronger than that of Lentinan （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion 1KSP may be an immunoenhancer and have some efficacy on the prevention and cure of gastric cancer.
