摘要
新生代农民工群体是我国当前经济社会发展进程中的一股重要力量。新生代农民工逐步融入城市,适应城市生活,完成"市民化"的过程,不但有利于推进我国"城市化"的进程,而且将为我国经济社会继续保持平稳较快发展提供重要的劳动力支持。但是,当前新生代农民工群体融入城市的进程仍然缓慢,诸多因素阻碍着该群体的"市民化"。社会资本的匮乏是新生代农民工群体城市融入进程缓慢的一个重要因素。因此,必须着力改善新生代农民工社会资本匮乏的现状,以更好地促进新生代农民工群体融入城市。
The new generation of migrant workers as a group is an important force in China＇s current economic and social development process.The gradual integration of the new generation of migrant workers into the city to adapt to city life,to complete the process of ＂public＂ is not only conducive to promoting China＇s urbanization process,and our economy and society will continue to maintain steady and rapid development of labor support.However,the groups of the current generation of migrant workers into the city＇s process is still slow,and many other factors have hindered the group ＂Citizens＂.The lack of social capital is an important factor in the slow groups in the city of the new generation of migrant workers into the process.Therefore,we must focus on improving the status quo of lack of social capital of the new generation of migrant workers,in order to better promote the generation of migrant workers groups into the city.
