摘要
新生代农民工融入城市是我国城市化发展的必然趋势,尽管融合的过程不可能是一蹴而就的。当前该群体融入城市的进程障碍重重,其中既有制度性因素,也有非制度性因素。随着户籍制度等相关制度因素的松动和改革,阻碍新生代农民工融入城市的非制度性因素日益凸显,成为有待政府重视和舆论引导的重要方面。本文将着重论述阻碍新生代农民工融入城市的非制度性因素,并探析解决的路径。
It is taken for granted that the new generation of the migrant workers should be included socially in the process of urbanization;however,it will never be done overnight because there are both institutional and non-institutional obstacles.With the reform of the residential status policy,the non-institutional obstacles will prove to be the main reason for the new generation to be included socially,which should draw attention from the government and the society as a whole.This paper focuses on the non-institutional obstacles in the process of social inclusion,and suggestions are made for solving this complicated issue.
