摘要
综述了国内外住院病人护理服务需求的研究,依据Maslow的人类基本需要层次理论展开阐述,总结不同病人在住院期间的护理服务需求,并分析了病人护理服务需求的影响因素。
It reviewed the research on demands of inpatients to nursing service,expounded it in detail according to Maslow basic human needs hierarchy theory,summarized the demands of patients to nursing service during hospitalization, and analyzed the influencing factors of demands of patients to nursing service.
