摘要
为探索贵州环境条件下薇菜孢子繁殖和3年生孢苗生长状况,以贵州野生薇菜孢子为材料,以腐殖土和黄壤为基质,进行了薇菜孢子繁殖育苗技术研究。结果表明:在23℃气温条件下(5月上旬)播种孢子其繁殖效果优于14~18℃(4月),腐殖土基质效果优于黄壤基质;腐殖土基质在23℃气温时,孢子繁殖的原叶体和孢子体幼苗分别为4 890株/m2和2 480株/m2,孢苗数∶原叶体数达0.51,其3年生孢苗平均株高26.60cm、平均茎粗0.25cm、平均根蔸直径5.43cm、平均根长20.62cm。
In order to explore spore propagation and growth status of three years old seedlings of O.aponica under natural condition of Guizhou Province,the spore propagation and seedling technique of wild O.aponica was studied on humus soil and yellow soil.The results showed that the spore propagation of O.aponica sowed at 23℃(early May) performed better than at 14~18℃(April).Humus soil had better effect than yellow soil.The quantity of prothalli and seedlings of O.aponica arrived at 4 890 plants /m2 and 2 480 plants/m2,respectively(seedlings∶prothalli=0.51).The average plant height,stem diameter,stump diameter and root length of three years old seedlings were 26.60 cm,0.25 cm,5.43 cm and 20.62 cm,respectively.
