摘要
我国现行土地征收补偿制度不完善,存在征收补偿标准过低、补偿费用计算不科学、对失地农民的安置补助途径单一等问题,从而导致失地农民处于劣势,其合法权益易受侵害。解决问题的根本出路在于:提高征地补偿标准,采取多元化安置。
The current compensation system of land expropriation of our country is not perfect,with many problems such as too low standard of compensation for expropriation,unscientific compensation costs,simple ways of resettlement subsidy of landless farmers,and so on.All of these put landless farmers in disadvantage and their legal rights and interests are vulnerable.The fundamental way-out to solve the problem is to improve the standard of compensation for land acquisition and take diversification placement.
