摘要
城镇化是解决中国"三农"难题的主要途径之一,因而在城镇化进程中出现"失地农民"是不可避免的,这也是一种正常的社会现象。文章列举了当前城镇化进程中农村土地侵权现象及其危害,分析了造成农民土地权益受侵害问题的原因,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
The urbanization is the main way of dissolving China's agriculture problems, therefore it is unavoidable to exist farmers who losing territory in the urbanization process. It is a kind of normal social phenomenon too. This text has listed the present phenomenon about rural land encroaching and it's danger, analysed the cause of making farmers encroach their land rights and interests, and has put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.
