摘要
设计了纺纱断线在线检测的嵌入式系统。提出了采用CCD摄像头采集图像信息,运用编解码技术和FIFO缓存实现数据的高效、稳定传输。选择内嵌ARM和DSP的达芬奇双内核构架芯片TMS320DM6446来控制系统外围设备并进行图像处理,其中ARM负责系统的控制,DSP负责有关图像处理算法的运算。该系统将图像处理技术和嵌入式技术应用在纺纱断线检测领域,实现了高实时性、高稳定性、低成本的纺纱断线检测和控制系统。
This paper designes an embedded system of spinning break online detection. It captures images by CCD camera, and uses the technology of codec and FIFO cache to make the data transmission more effective and stable. It selects the Davinci dual-core architecture chip TMS320DM6446 which is embedded with ARM and DSP. It is used to control the peripherals equipment and image processing. The ARM is responsible for control the system and the DSP is used for the related image processing algorithms The system combines the technology of image processing and embeddes technology, and applies them to the field of spinning break detection. It achieves the real-time, high stability, low-cost spinning break detection and control system.
