摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,越来越多的企业把自动控制技术应用到生产实践中,进而实现快速、科学的管理。单片机系统是最常用的控制方法。针对并纱机的功能特性,在实际开发应用过程中,通过利用AT89C51、键盘显示管理芯片HD7279A、DC-DC电源MC34063、可变电压输出调整元件LM317H以及通讯接口电路来有效地控制其外部器件,如霍尔元件、油辊电机、丝辊电机等。可实现启/停控制、速度控制、速度/长度显示、断线检测、故障报警等功能。并给出了该控制系统的软件流程图。
With the development of science and technology, in order to get highly effective and scientific management, more and more industries apply the auto - control technology into manufacture. The most common used method is SCM system. With a view to the combining voile machine's function characteristics, to make use of AT89C51, keyboard's display and management CMOS chip HD7279A, DC - DC power MC34063, the alterable voltage output adjustable component LM317H and circuit of communication interface can effectively control external components such as Hall element, oil roller motor, silk miler motor, and so on. The system can realize functions of start/stop control, speed control, speed and length display, test of the break line and failure alarm. Software flow diagram of the control system was given,
