摘要
目的:观察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年9月至2010年9月于我院就诊治疗的92例高血压合并2型糖尿病患者,随机平均分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者给予缬沙坦和氨氯地平联合治疗,对照组患者给予缬沙坦治疗。治疗2个月后,对比两组患者的血压和血糖控制情况。结果:治疗后研究组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,且研究组患者的舒张压和收缩压显著均显著低于对照组患者,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖也显著低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:联合应用缬沙坦和氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病能够有效地控制血压和血糖。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of combine using valsartan and amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension with type 2 diabetes.Methods：92 hypertension with type 2 diabetes patients who were treated in our hospital from Sep,2009 to Sep,2010 were selected in this research,and they were divided into research group and control group randomly and averagely.The research group received valsartan and amlodipine,while the control group received valsartan only.After 2 months treatment,blood pressure and blood sugar of the two groups were compared.Results：After 2 months treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of research group were significantly lower than control group,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were lower than control group.Conclusion：Combine using valsartan and amlodipine could control blood pressure and blood sugar of hypertension with type 2 diabetes effectively.
