摘要
目的评价分析亚甲蓝灭活后血浆制备冷沉淀的可行性。方法通过对同源血浆亚甲蓝病毒灭活前后制备冷沉淀FⅧ和Fbg含量的比较得出结论。结果用亚甲蓝病毒灭活新鲜冰冻血浆制备的冷沉淀,FⅧ和Fbg的含量均有明显降低。结论用于制备冷沉淀的新鲜血浆不易进行亚甲蓝病毒灭活。
Objective Study on feasibility of cryoprecipitate made from fresh frozen plasma inactivated virus by methylene blue.Methods Tested FⅧ and Fbg in Cryoprecipitate,contrasted cryoprecipitate made from fresh frozen plasma with cryoprecipitate made from homologous fresh frozen plasma inactivated virus by methylene blue.Results FⅧ and Fbg were decreasing obviously in cryoprecipitate made from fresh frozen plasma inactivated virus by methylene blue compared with FⅧ and Fbg in cryoprecipitate made from homologous fresh frozen plasma.
