摘要
目的探讨柏拉图分析法在消毒供应中心(the central sterile supply department,CSSD)医院感染管理中的作用。方法采用问卷调查及绘制柏拉图统计表图的方法对CSSD医院感染管理过程进行调查和分析,确定医院感染管理问题中的主要要因。把建筑布局、质量控制、奖惩制度、规章制度、管理体系、人员素质、环境管理作为医院感染管理的关键要因,进行重点管理。分析实施前后医院检查评分、一次消毒合格率及临床科室满意度评价的结果。结果与实施前相比较,改进后不满要因累计比率下降至16.7%;医院检查评分提高、一次消毒合格率及临床服务满意率较前显著提高(均P<0.05)。结论应用柏拉图分析法能有效提高CSSD消毒灭菌质量,保证医院感染控制管理质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Pareto analysis on the management of nosocomial infection in central sterile supply department （CSSD） of our hospital, Methods Questionnaire survey and Pareto chart were used to investigate and analyze the effect of the management of nosocomial infection in CSSD, and to identify the main reasons for those problems. The important steps were taken on the architectural arrangement, quality control, system of rewards and punishments, rules and regulations, management system, personnel quality and environmental management. The examination scores by hospital, percent of pass the first disinfection, satisfaction rate of clinical departments before and after implementation of key managements were compared. Results After the implementation of key managements, cumulative ratio of dissatisfaction factors dropped to 16.7% ;the examination scores by hospital, percent of pass the first disinfection and the satisfaction rate of clinical departments were all improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Pareto analysis can effectively improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of CSSD, ensure the quality of nosocomial infection control.
