摘要
近10余年,各行业在领域知识获取与表达、数据存储、信息传递等工作中,对“知识本体”的研究渐成热点。在医学领域,“系统化临床医学术语集”(SNOMEDCT)是成功利用知识本体研究成果的范例。依据现代医学理论指导,SNOMEDCT将海量的临床医学术语进行了较合理的概念分类,构建了概念间的语义关连,有效地提高了临床电子病历书写、医学信息传递与标准化管理等工作的效率与质量。文章在回顾知识本体研究的基础上,提出了以中医学本体论为指导、以现有医学知识本体构建经验为参照,开展中医临床术语规范化工作研究的新思路。
The study on ＂Ontology＂ developed quickly during the last decade in many fields, such as the domain knowledge acquiring and description, data storage and message transferring. SNOMED CT （Systemized Nomenclature of Medicine, Clinical Terms ） produced by the College of American Pathologists is a successful example of Domain Ontology in the medical field. SNOMED CT designed the reasonable hierarchy of medical concepts, settled the semantic relationships between concepts, which efficiently improve the quality and efficiency in medical record writing, medical information transferring and standardized management. This article presents a new methodology based on reviewing the researching on Ontology, that is, to carry out the Traditional Chinese Medicine terminology standardization under the guidance of the TCM theory, and with the help of the experiences of constructing the SNOMED CT.
