摘要
为缓解门诊超负荷运转压力,改善患者就医环境,医院及时采用并实施了就医"一卡通"系统。通过对样本医院实施"一卡通"系统前后门诊各项指标的对比描述,系统实施前后5年间门诊处方单、化验单和检查单数据分析,医技科室专业技术人员的访谈等,从多个角度对就医"一卡通"系统给医院就医环境带来的优化进行深入论证。证实通过"一卡通"系统改善了就医环境,减轻了人力资源浪费和工作人员劳动强度,为持续性医疗质量的提高搭建了坚实的技术保障平台。
To release the overloading operations in outpatients services, and to improve the medical environment of patents, hospitals adopted and implemented one-card system. Through comparing various indexes in outpatients services before and after applying one-card, analyzing the outpatient prescriptions, testing reports and checklist in 5 years, and interviewing technicians from different departments of sample hospitals, it discussed the improvements of applying one-card from different aspects. As proven, the application of one-card improved the medical environment, reduced human resource wastes and labor intensity of workers, and established a strong technical supporting platform for continuously improving the medical quality.
