摘要
本文论述了长宁区卫生系统为配合社区卫生服务改革，在信息化方面取得的突破性工作，包括：社区居民健康档案系统的激活，全科团队服务信息系统（TIS系统）。从而社区卫生服务信息化的三站式服务已经形成。
This article elaborated the Changning health bureau to serve the reform for the coordinate community health, obtained the unprecedented work in the information aspect, including： Community inhabitant healthy file system activation, the team information system （TIS system）.
