摘要
浮法玻璃厚度测量是玻璃产品质量的一项重要标准。采用激光三角法位移测量原理对浮法玻璃进行在线厚度检测,在实验室通过常温状态和热态检测,测量结果的范围满足了国家标准对各种浮法玻璃厚度的要求,而且测量精度远远超过国家标准的厚度允许偏差范围。从而提高了测量精度、稳定性,提高了玻璃生产质量,减少能耗。
The detection of float glass thickness is an important standard. We adopted laser trigonometry displacement measure theory in the detection of glass thickness on line. The result of detection covered the country standard of different kinds of float glass through the normal state and hot state detection experiments. The research improved the precision and stability of the detection and the glass production quality, cut down the production cost.
