摘要
文章针对目前房地产投资发展困难的现实情况，提出以高校目前面临的扩招的大好形势与高校学生住房紧张的矛盾为突破口，开拓房地产企业投资的新思路，达到缓解目前房地产企业发展困难的目的。
For achieving the goal of abating the development difficulty of real estate corporation, this paper sets forth the new idea for broadening real estate investment under the conflict between the current expanded recruiting of universities and the shortage of college students' apartments according to the difficult condition in real estate investment.
