摘要
钻杆接头断裂形貌、原材料化学成分、金相组织、力学性能和断口处EDS微观能谱分析表明,热处理调质工艺参数不合理使材料组织没有完全转变为回火索氏体组织,导致钻杆接头的强度偏低,在较大的扭矩和钻压下钻杆接头发生塑性断裂。提出了预防钻杆接头断裂的措施。
Fracture reason of the drill pipe sub were analyzed by fracture morphology and chemical composition and microstructure and the mechanical properties and EDS, the results showed that unreasonable heat treatment resulted in incomplete tempered sorbitic microstructure and low me-chanical strength. In the drilling progress,the drill pipe sub was cracked by powerful moment and drill pressure, finally bringing forward preventive measure of drill pipe sub cracking.
