摘要
通过动物实验,对养血止痛丸的药理和毒理进行研究,结果表明养血止痛丸对热板法、醋酸扭体法、电刺激法等引起的疼痛反应和耳肿胀,醋酸法腹部毛细血管通透性增加,琼脂法肉芽肿,蛋清性足跖肿胀等以及ADP诱导的血小板聚集均有显老的抑制作用。小鼠口服最大耐受量为30g/kg,腹腔注射醇提液LD_(50)为31.33g/kg。提示养血止痛丸是高效低毒的活血化淤,消肿止疼药物。
The pharmacology and texicology of YANGXUE ZHITONG WAN (Sioodenriching and pain-stoppng pills) were studied with animal tests. The results showed that the processed drug functions to inhibit: (1) the pain response induced by hot plate, acetic-acid induced twisting and electric stimulation; (2) the swelling response of mouse-ear edema, acetic-acid-induced increase in the permeability of the abdominal capillaries, agap induced granuloma, and egwhite-induced rat metatarsus edema; (3) the ADP-induced aggregation of the platelets. The maximum oral dosage tolerated by the animals was 30g/kg; the mouse LD 50 of ethanol extract ip was 31.33 g/kg. Through the tests it has been suggested that YANGXUE ZHITONG WAN is a high-effic ercy and low-toxicity drug for activating the blood, eliminating the stagnation, removing the edema and stopping the pains.
