摘要
伴随着就业竞争的加剧,高职院校毕业生的就业难问题日益凸显。其中,培养方案与企业需求脱节是造成计算机专业毕业生就业难的主要原因之一。本文从培养方案的现状和企业需求两方面阐述建设以就业为导向的课程体系,通过实施新的培养方案,对促进毕业生高质量就业起到了积极作用。
Along with the more and more serious employment competition,the students of higher vocational school are also faced with the difficulties of being employed.One of the important causes is the training scheme and employing units＇ demand became separated from each other.Therefore,higher vocational schools should build up new employment-oriented training scheme,in order to enhance the students＇ employment.
