摘要
目的探讨脂肪乳对Sysmex XE-2100血液细胞分析仪中网织红细胞检测的影响。方法在体外将健康志愿者血液样本与一定比例的脂肪乳混合,配制系列浓度的血液/脂肪乳混合液,于血液细胞分析仪上进行测试,观察不同浓度脂肪乳对网织红细胞(Ret)参数的影响。结果随着脂肪乳浓度的增高,血液/脂肪乳混合液的Ret参数中的MFR、IFR以及PLT-O趋向升高。结论脂肪乳会对血液细胞分析仪中网织红细胞测定产生影响。
Objective To evaluate the effects of fat emulsion on the detection of reticulocytes with Sysmex XE-2100 blood cell analyzer. Methods Blood samples from healthy volunteers were mixed with a certain percentage of fat emulsion in vitro to prepare a series of different concentrations of blood/fat emulsion mixture,then which were measured with blood cell analyzer to test the influence of different concentrations of fat emulsion on the reticulocyte parameters. Results As the concentration of the fat emulsion increased,the MFR,IFR and PLT-O of reticulocyte parameters in blood/fat emulsion mixture were also increased. Conclusion Fat emulsion will influence the determination of reticulocyte in blood cell analyzer.
