摘要
目的为了确定网织红细胞(网红)计数与分类的参考范围。方法用 Sysmex R-3000网织红细胞分析仪,对701例正常人作了网红计数与分类的参考范围调查,并将所得数据进行统计学处理。结果网红各参数的参考范围,与文献报道值相比基本一致。成人组(20～60岁)男性的网红百分数(Ret)与绝对数(Ret~#)分别为0.011 7±0.003 6(±s)和(0.054 5±0.0177)×10^(12)/L(±s);成人组女性的 Ret 与 Ret~#分别为0.011 4±0.0037和(0.047 3±0.0166)×10^(12)/L。成人组中男性与女性的参数相比有差异,女性组中成人与老年人的参数相比有差异。结论网红测定各参数与年龄、性别有关,该参考范围的确定,为网红各参数在实验室操作和临床应用方面提供了必要的依据。
Objective To establish a reference limit of the reticulocyte counts and its classification. Methods The reticulocytes were counted by a flow cytometer (Sysmex R-3000) with uramine-0 as fluorochrome.The data presented describe the counting of reticulocytes in 701 apparently healthy sub- jects of both sexes who came for a periodic health examination.According to age and sex,all subjects were divided into four groups.Results In men aged 20～60 yr old,the percentage of reticulocyte in total erythrocytes(Ret)and the reticulocyte count per liter(Ret~#)were 0.0117±0.0036(x^-±s)and (0.0545±0.0177)×10^(12)/L(x^-±s)respectively.In 20～60 yr old female,Ret % and Ret~# were 0.01 14±0.0037 and(0.0473±0.0166)×10^(12)/L respectively.The Student's t-test showed that there were statistically significant differences between men and women aged 20～60 yr or between aged 20～ 60 gr and aged over 60 in women.Conclusions Reference limits of the reticulocyte counts(percent- age and absolute value)and classification(three types of reticulocytes)according to age and sex are pro- vided.
