摘要
利用热常数测试仪测试了CuCrSeTeFe合金经5GPa压力处理后在25~600℃的热容和热扩散系数,并分析了温度对CuCrSeTeFe合金热扩散系数和热容的影响。结果表明:在25~600℃内,CuCrSeTeFe合金的热扩散系数随温度的升高而逐渐增大,而热容在200~300℃内较高。
The thermal diffusion coefficient and heat capacity of CuCrSeTeFe alloy after 5 GPa pressure heat treatment at 25-600 ℃ were measured by using thermal constant tester,and the effects of temperature on the thermal diffusivity coefficient and heat capacity of the alloy were analyzed.The results show that at 25-600℃,the thermal diffusivity coefficient of the alloy increases with increasing temperature,while its higher heat capacity is obtained when at 200-300 ℃.
