摘要
通过分析电除尘器打击和加速度传递过程,确定电除尘器振打加速度的主要影响因素。利用ABAQUS有限元软件对电除尘器振打锤型式和质量、振打砧座的质量和长度以及极板悬挂方式进行数值仿真分析,得到了各种因素对振打加速度的大小和分布的影响规律。
This paper tries to present our numerical analysis of the drooping process and blowing process of the string hammer and the transmission process of the rapping acceleration of the electrostatic precipitator in hoping to find the major influential factors of the de- vice. As is known, the rapping acceleration of the electrostatic precipitator determines or decides the dust removing effect and efficiency of the utensil, it is necessary to work out the major influential factors and improve and heighten its working efficiency by adopting necessary measures. To solve the problem, we have adopted the finite element method. First of all, we have made it clear that the major influential factors in the case are vibrating hammer-striking, the anvil and the hanging methods. Therefore, we have conducted an analysis of the style and the quality of vibrating strike hammers, finding the numerical analysis results of the two types of vibrating hammer. The dust re- moval ability of the integral type vibrating hammer proves to be better than that of straight shank cylindrical vibrating hammer and, therefore, efficient enough for the anvil to transmit the rapping acceleration to the electrostatic precipitator. Changing the length and the quality of the anvil can result in the variation of the magnitude and regularity of rapping acceleration. The resulting data may account for the magnitude and regularity of rapping acceleration of the anvil. The anode plate consists of two different suspension modes, which are used for fastening connection and single eccentric suspension. Before ending up with the paper, we have made a discussion over the two actual running components of the precipitator to explain this factor. All the detailed discussion above is expected to make clear our readers that the dust removing ability of the fastening connection electrostatic precipitator under question is more efficient and powerful than that of the single eccentric suspension one. The conclusion of the analysis is useful to the engineering collegues in providing a theoretical basis and method concerned for the design and improvement of the precipitator.
